Are your products new or refurbished?
All our products are 100% new. We do not deal with refurbishing – we only supply brand-new components manufactured from scratch. This ensures the highest quality and durability guarantee. No issues with rust, material fatigue, or uncertain technical condition.
Can I visit your headquarters to see and inspect the product before purchasing?
Absolutely! We encourage potential customers to visit our headquarters to see our products firsthand. This visit allows you to inspect the quality of our bodies and frames and ask any questions you may have about our offerings. How long does order fulfillment take?
The production timeline can vary based on the specific order and any customization options selected. Generally, the production process takes several weeks. Once your order is confirmed, we will provide you with an estimated completion date, and we will keep you updated throughout the production process to ensure transparency and communication.
Where can I pick up my order?
– Personally at our headquarters in Poland – we provide assistance with securing the body for transport, loading and installation guidance.
– In your home/workshop – we help arrange transport across Europe in cooperation with reliable, trusted carriers.

Do you provide a warranty on products?
Yes, we provide a comprehensive warranty to ensure the highest quality and durability of our products. Our warranty covers the following components:
– Frame: 5-year warranty covering structural integrity and anti-corrosion protection. The frame is manufactured by MAER and meets strict industry standards for strength and durability. The anti-corrosion treatment is applied using advanced coating technologies to ensure long-lasting resistance against rust and environmental damage.
– Body: 2-year warranty covering structural integrity and durability. Our body panels are designed for precision fitting and superior strength, ensuring a high-quality finish and long-term performance.
– Paint finish: 3-year warranty covering durability and aesthetic quality. The paintwork is performed using premium coatings developed in collaboration with NOVOL, a leader in automotive finishing solutions. This ensures resistance to fading, chipping, and environmental factors such as UV exposure, road salt, and moisture.
